Our commitment is to providing superior quality restorations using the finest craftsmanship and materials available. In the event a remake occurs or is necessary, our remake policy is as follows.

Remake charges will apply under the following conditions:

• If a remake is needed after the customer was contacted by the lab and the lab questioned whether the case materials provided were satisfactory and the customer approved completion of the case without making any adjustments to the case materials a full charge will be applied.
• May Dental Arts will evaluate on a case by case situation where the crafted restoration fits the model and impression but does not fit the patient. Due to many variables that can happen chair side, the laboratory can only truly guarantee that the restoration will fit the enclosed impression.
• May Dental Arts will not credit back a case/restoration simply because the terms has changed between doctor and/or patient (i.e. patient no longer wants to have the case finished or changes their mind).
• May Dental Arts will not issue credit on a case if doctor chooses to send the case to another lab to be completed without allowing May Dental Arts to make the case satisfactory for them and their patient.
• A remake charge of 100% will always apply if the original appliance and supporting materials are not returned at the time of the remake.
• If a remake is needed because the customer requests a tooth shade different from the original tooth shade requested. The original appliance must be returned. The remake charge will include the shade change cost; additional charges may apply based on the nature of the case.
• If a remake is needed because the partial denture fits the master, but does not fit in the mouth. The amount of the remake charges will be determined based on the nature of the case.
• May Dental Arts remake policy will not apply to any account past due. May Dental Arts reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse accepting any new cases and processing remake cases until the balance is paid in full and the account is current.

May Dental Arts warrants that all crown and bridge restorations and removable prosthetics will be constructed according to the prescribing dentist?s specifications. May Dental Arts will repair or replace any restorations or prosthetic that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use, for a period of one year from the date of service.* May Dental Arts responsibility is to the appliance only and does not cover Doctor/Patient?s time.  This guarantee is specific to the original Patient and Doctor.
